PVC transfer foil Discription

 

A ideal foil to be applied to uneven sculpture,the surface of continental suite door,and the surface of the complex model transfer decoration.

Its applying procedure:

1. First step—Carved handling on target surfaces(MDF,HDF,WPC,etc.).The deepth of carving from 1mm to 6mm,beyond 120 angle.The right angle is not suggested.

2. Second step---Spraying glue.

3. Third step---Drying the glue out.Rise the machine temperture up to 140-160 degree.Put the target surface into Vacuum case.Tthe aborbing starts.

4. Pulling out of oven.Pealing off the PVC film.

5. Push the Made-well already door into Lacquer room,and applying a primer to the surface.

6. Usually,one primer and twice lacquer are required.After the whole process is finished,the real wood lacquered door will come out.The texture is very nature,and clear lines.This product will be medium and high grade goods in market.
